This website is run by Ftoosh, a founder-led creative technology and AI studio based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Ftoosh decides how the personal data described here is used. We handle it in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
2. What we collect
Only what you choose to send us: your name, email, phone number, company and message when you use the contact form or send a brief, and the questions you type into the website assistant. We also keep basic technical records needed to run the site safely, such as a hashed version of your IP address for rate limiting. We do not collect payment details, and we ask you not to share passwords, card numbers or ID numbers in the chat.
3. How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, answer your questions in the assistant, and keep the website secure and working. Before a chat message is sent to an AI model, phone numbers, email addresses and similar identifiers are masked automatically. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use your conversations to train AI models.
4. Where it is stored
The website is hosted by Vercel and its database by Neon, both on servers in the United States. Assistant answers are generated by OpenAI, with Anthropic as a backup provider; they receive the masked text of your question and the published page content needed to answer it. When you send an enquiry or a brief, your name, contact details and message are emailed to Ftoosh through Resend, and may be recorded in HubSpot, the customer-records tool Ftoosh uses to follow up. These providers act on our instructions and protect the data under their own security and data-processing terms.
5. How long we keep it
Assistant conversations are deleted automatically 30 days after your last message, or straight away if you clear the chat. Briefs and enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up on your project, then deleted automatically from the website's database. Ftoosh deletes the matching emails and HubSpot records on the same schedule. Security records are kept only as long as needed to protect the site.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop us using it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. You can clear an assistant conversation yourself from the chat window. For anything else, email us; we reply within one working day and complete requests within 30 days.
7. Cookies
The site uses two small cookies: one remembers your language and one keeps your assistant conversation together. Page-view statistics, when switched on, are cookieless and contain no personal data. There are no advertising or tracking cookies. The Cookie policy has the details.
