Cookie policy
Which cookies this website uses and why.
Last updated: 6 November 2026 · Terms · Cookie policy · العربية1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. This site uses as few as possible, and only to make it work.
2. Cookies we use
ftoosh_lang remembers whether you chose English or Arabic, and lasts one year. ftoosh_sid keeps your assistant conversation together between pages. It holds a random identifier, not your name or contact details, and lasts 30 days. Both are first-party cookies set by www.ftoosh.com.
3. Storage in your browser
While the assistant is open, your conversation is also kept in your browser's session storage so it survives a page change. It is removed when you close the tab or clear the chat.
4. Statistics
When switched on, page-view statistics come from Vercel Web Analytics, which works without cookies and does not identify you.
5. What we do not use
No advertising, social media or cross-site tracking cookies, and no third-party marketing pixels.
6. Why no consent banner
Both cookies are strictly necessary for features you ask for: showing the site in your language and keeping your chat together. That is why the site does not show a cookie banner. If we ever add optional cookies, we will ask first.
7. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works, but it will not remember your language and the assistant will start a new conversation on each page.
