These terms apply when you use www.ftoosh.com, run by Ftoosh, a creative technology and AI studio based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Using the website
You may browse the site, use the assistant and the Solution Architect, and contact us for your own business purposes. Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, overload it, scrape it automatically, or use the assistant to generate harmful or unlawful content.
3. The website assistant
The assistant answers from the information published on this site and may sometimes be incomplete or wrong. Its answers and the Solution Architect's recommendations are general guidance, not a quote, a contract or professional advice. Please do not share sensitive information such as passwords, card numbers or ID numbers in the chat.
4. Proposals and prices
Nothing on this website is an offer. Scope, price and timing are agreed only in a written proposal that you accept. Any project work is governed by that proposal and its terms.
5. Intellectual property
The website, its design, text, logo and the Nuqta mark belong to Ftoosh or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission. Client names and logos shown in our work belong to their owners and appear with their permission.
